about this machine

One button starts timed mixing and the water spray manifold, followed by pneumatic discharge gate opening.
A depth sensor closes the discharge gate when the downstream hopper is full and reopens it as the level drops.
Adjustable timer provides a 5-10 minute mixing cycle.
A single helical ribbon and opposing welded paddles move material in opposite directions to shear and fold the mix.
Variable-speed drive (VSD) with soft-start ramping, overload protection and automatic shutdown on phase failure.
Standard contactors, relays and timers control the sequence without a PLC.
Outboard pillow-block bearings, external grease points and a sliding belt-tension mount simplify routine servicing.
