The drawing shows bulk-bag holders feeding a 5 m conveyor and vibrating screen. A 4 m conveyor then feeds a 3000-litre hopper above an HD bagging machine. The noted overall length is approximately 16.6 m. Bag closing equipment and final output are confirmed for each project.

The 2023 drawing shows a 5 m infeed conveyor, vibrating screen, roller tables for BBQ grade, restaurant grade, fines and sand or ash, a 3 m3 bin, HD3 or HD5 bagger and sewing system. It notes an overall length of approximately 19.4 m, a 25 A 380 V three-phase supply and nine staff. These figures apply to that drawing and are checked again for each project.

Feed, buffer, bag and close sand in one compact line.

A feed conveyor lifts sand into a buffer hopper above the sand and compost bagger. Filled bags then move to a sewing system for closing. Final footprint, staffing and line output are confirmed for each site.
